Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Areas

Returns & Exchanges
As former building professionals ourselves, we stand behind our tools. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s our straightforward return policy:
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the product is defective
Non-Returnable Items
For professional hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Welding electrodes (Arc welding rods, Spot welding electrodes, Coated electrodes)
- Welding accessories (Arc welding cables, Arc welding lugs)
- Personal protective equipment (Electrician’s gloves, Sponges, Knee pads)

- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions
- Package the item carefully with all accessories and proof of purchase

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

- For credit card payments, it may take 1-2 additional billing cycles to appear on your statement
Exchange Information
- Clearly indicate the replacement product you want in your email
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- We cover shipping costs for the replacement item
